2nd survey.

honestly after the first and a half week, i got a little bit more confident with my LPs and the way i conducted my lesson. thanks to the senior teachers of course. i was more aware of the grammar rules that i have to teach and that gave me a sense of how the whole lesson would turn out and i felt it turned out pretty well. but here's the twist, for 2 months in a row, i got this particular group of people to teach and let me tell you, i hv got no clue to why they left their fireworks at home bcoz there weren't any from the other side which somehow cud've made me a little less fiery too BUT heyy maybe i am such a DULL teacher after all which btw has a split personality cz i tend to chose with which class i get prepared and with which i just felt like winging it (according to some). sheesshh sayangs these surveys do not help u pass ur exam wokay? and i'm not coming up with my own lesson plans for that lesson. u are given this and that so that's wat i hv to do. if u feel its a little useless for u to learn it, be my guest and voice your opinion. but i'm seeking help. i'm not too cocky to just brush of such a lousy survey. ppl complain for a reason and i want less complaints. so i hv to learn more. you can gimme a 3 out of 10 and i'll still be smiling and finding a way to make things better. nothings putting our this raging fire inside me baby. ;D but if its personal, hey you can't help to hv haters can you? LOL ;P
